Prior to founding his event management business, Dallas acted as Logistics Coordinator in the same industry, handling the General Motors auto show program. He performed inspections, transportation, detailing and maintenance during auto shows and auctions improving GM auto show scoring by 30% for every aspect of the program. Dallas also worked for Conoco Phillips as a multi-store General Manager, including overseeing a profitable car wash, gas station and convenience-store. He received extensive training in HR, employee retention and P & L. While there, he earned numerous customer service awards as well as sales development awards for consistent sales growth.
